We are delighted that you will be joining us for our annual summer football tournament, at The Optima Stadium in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset.

Please find below the details of age groups and pitches that you will play your group games on.

U6's -Saturday pm, arrive from 1:15pm games start at 2pm – Left, Right & Yellow Grass pitches

U7’s – Saturday am, arrive from 8am games start a 9am – Red, Blue, Green & Orange on the 3G pitch.

U8’s - Sunday am, arrive from 8am games start a 9am – Red, Blue, Green & Orange on the 3G pitch.

U9’s - Saturday am, arrive from 8am games start a 9am – Yellow, Purple, Black & Orange/Yellow Grass Pitch.

U10’s - Sunday am, arrive from 8am games start a 9am – Yellow, Purple, Black & Orange/Yellow Grass Pitch.

U11’s – Saturday pm, arrive from 1:15pm games start at 2pm Red, Blue, Green & Orange on the 3G pitch.

U12’s – Sunday pm, arrive from 1:15pm games start at 2pm Red, Blue, Green & Orange on the 3G pitch.

U13’s - Saturday pm, arrive from 1:15pm games start at 2pm- Yellow, Purple, Black & Orange/Yellow Grass Pitch.

U14’s - Sunday pm, arrive from 1:15pm games start at 2pm -Yellow, Purple, Black & Orange/Yellow Grass Pitch.

We have parking at the optima stadium, once this is full we will direct you to the local trading estate which is a few minutes walk.

The car park fee is £3 per car, if possible can you have this in cash so we can get cars in as quickly as possible, we are also able to take card payments.

Please note do not park outside residents houses in the nearby housing estate.

The lidl car park next door has a time limit and they are very quick at handing out £80 parking fines, this is done on an automatic camera system and nothing to do with the tournament organisers of Weston AFC,

5 a side for Under 6’s (unless coaches agree to play 6)  

6 a side for all other age groups

We will allow mixed teams for all age groups in line with FA laws of the game.

U6’s will be played in friendly format with ALL participants receiving a medal.

U7’s, U8’s, U9’s, U10’s U11’s, U12’s, U13’s and U14s will be played in a league groupformat followed by knockout stages.

The top 2 teams in each group will enter a cup competition and the 3rd & 4th places teams will enter the plate competition which will be knockout

Trophies awarded to the winners of the cup and the plate.
